This $6.5 million project involved the complete restoration and transformation of a long-neglected historic property into a vibrant mixed-use building. Preserving the original architecture of the twin movie theater, we revitalized the structure while expanding it to accommodate modern retail tenants, including Red Door Salon, Joseph A. Bank, Scena Restaurant, and Verizon Wireless Zone. This project showcases our expertise in blending historic preservation with contemporary construction to meet both aesthetic and commercial goals.
