In 2004, Robert C. Wood IV launched R. His career includes leadership roles at Shawmut Design and Construction, Gorton & Partners, and Swinerton Builders, where he managed complex developments and built strong, collaborative teams. Known for his sharp project planning, risk management, and executive-level decision-making, Richard has a proven track record of delivering excellence across all phases of construction.
